During these unprecedented times, what if I need to postpone my wedding?

We understand! Rest assured if you need to postpone your wedding, the retainer fee and cake design will apply to your new date.

How much is required to secure a booking through these wedding cake package options.

A retainer fee of 50% is required to secure your date!

How much can we customize our cakes with these wedding cake packages?

The following details are totally up to you!

• Cake flavours – 1 flavour per tier
• External buttercream finish/texture
• External buttercream colour and/or buttercream colour designs
• Types, colours and placement of florals (our florist will match to your wedding florals as closely as possible, also depends on seasonal availability

I have inspiration images of cake designs I have always dreamed of, can I still send you inspiration images?

Absolutely! We would love to see what you’re after!

My guest numbers land right in the middle of the package option servings, what should I do?

We can not alter the servings numbers for you, you will need to choose the package size that meets the number of servings you would like.

I have more than 150 guests, can I still choose the package options?

Yes! You can purchase separate box with either 1/2 slab (60 servings) or full slab (120 servings) to add on to our order to make up your desired servings size.

Can I pay for additional decorations or elements that are not included in the price?

Possibly! This is something we can discuss.

I have already contacted you about a wedding cake but have not yet paid my retainer, can I take advantage of these packages instead?

If you have not yet paid your retainer, and your proposed cake design fits within the package inclusions, you can absolutely take advantage of the package pricing, but please be sure to ask for it specifically.

How far in advance can I book my wedding cake with the package pricing options?

As early as possible! The reduced pricing will only be available until August 31, 2020.

What if I don’t want the fresh florals?

That’s completely fine, however the pricing will not change if there is an element you do not wish to include.

My venue is outside of the GTA, how much will delivery be?

Delivery to these cities (Caledon, Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, King, Vaughan, City of Toronto, Scarborough, Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby) are included in the package. If your venue does not fall within this cities, an additional charge will be added on to the package price for delivery.

I don’t have a date or a venue yet?

You don’t need to have a venue yet, but you will need to have a date locked in so that we can check our availability!
